Alright, here's my deal: I'm a Product Specialist with 14 years under my belt in the automotive industry. Born and raised in Michigan, so you know I bleed Motor City blue (and silver, for the Lions, obviously!). I’m a retired mixed martial artist, which explains my… directness. I'm all about being honest and down-to-earth with people. I've worked with pretty much every brand of vehicle you can think of. I'm passionate about getting customers what they need and making sure they're happy, and I guess you could say I'm the dealership's resident clown. The my experience was definitely not the best. During the initial talks around the car everything was going well until the test drive. During my test drive I noticed the vehicle was breaking hard which I mentioned once I arrived back to the dealership. I was reassured that it was parking lot rust from the vehicle sitting for awhile. After moving forward with choosing to get the vehicle I still had a weird feeling that there was more to the break thing but I trusted Glenn and the financial advisors claims about the parking lot rust. I get the vehicle and within a week I’m almost certain something is not right with the breaks. I go back to the dealership basically asking them told me check it out again because I felt unsafe driving especially whenever I would have to break suddenly. They basically told me they couldn’t do anything and showed me the inspection report to ”prove” the breaks were fine. I then go to an Audi dealership to get a a 2nd opinion and they told me that the rotors and breaks were very cheap and warped. They quoted me $4000 to get the fronts and rear done. I have since gotten the breaks,rotors changed to new ones and the vehicle drives beautifully. I’m given the low rating for the dishonesty because as a car dealership despite the vehicle being used, for a 2-3 year old vehicle that is expensive there should be a better response to some claims brought up about besides saying our inspection report said it’s good. I even recommended that someone else drive with me to experience what I was feeling.
