About Jessica
Born and raised here in Waterford, Michigan, I've spent the last 11 years as a Product Specialist, and I'm proud to say I've become someone people can count on. Growing up in a GM family, I’m now a third generation in the automotive industry, and I’m passionate about what I do. I love being able to help people find the right vehicle and make the whole experience a positive one. I want my customers to feel like they’ve made a new friend while buying their vehicle. My background shines through in how I approach my work. I'm kind, honest, and empathetic. I genuinely care about how people feel, and that carries through from the first conversation, final paperwork to scheduling that first oil change. My husband is also in the automotive industry, and our life revolves around family and spending time together. I have three awesome bonus kids, and we love getting out and exploring new places together. When I'm not at work, you can find me traveling, camping, working on hotrods, riding motorcycles, hitting the weights in my garage gym, or out on the boat. I believe in building relationships, and I enjoy talking with people about what matters most to them—their feelings, their goals, and what they’re looking forward to next in Life.
