Lisa was so kind and we really wanted to be a great experience. We were disappointed to find out a lot of the texts we received were from AI not her, so we were scheduling appointments to come in that we didn’t need to. We also ended up having to finalize the purchase with another person and he was inexperienced and it was disappointing. Then when we got our vehicle, it was missing something that was advertised. We contacted Lisa and learned it was not on the car and she transferred us to her supervisor and we never heard from her again. Also, the issue never was resolved. Lisa is very nice, but unfortunately it wasn’t a positive experience that we thought we would get when we initially decided to work with Lisa.

Lisa was very professional and got me into my newer vehicle quickly! I got to the dealership late in the afternoon and she stayed past closing hours to close the deal. Love the car and the service she provided. Thanks Lisa!
