Straight forward. did not try to sell me items I didn't need (This means I will come back for future service). Communicated well and had my vehicle back to me earlier than promised.

He was not very understanding of my problems. I don’t understand the appointment. Why make an appointment when you have to wait three days for it to be seen and sit there and there’s three or four cars ahead of you. We were leaving on vacation and I needed my car looked at and I was told he couldn’t guarantee me that he could see it. He never lost his cool with me, but he was not understanding of my problem at all. . very disappointed with the dealership as I have been a GMC buyer for the last 50 years. I think a long-term customer deserves at least a little consideration. Cushion very understanding of my problem, and why make an appointment when you can’t get your car taken care of when you bring it in. It has to stay in line and four or five cars behind. I don’t understand this way of processing cars through service. E
